We are a privately owned and operated company with an outstanding reputation of serving Southeast Florida. Because we are not a franchise, we can build a personal and long-term relationship with our customers, putting their needs at the forefront of every step in the process. We pre-screen all the homes and communities in the area and recommend options that meet your specifications. We then accompany you on a personal tour of up to three selected communities where we are there to answer any questions or concerns that may arise. Our service isn’t complete until we have found you the best living solution that meets your care and financial requirements.
Who We Are
Ellery Vick
Ellery Vick is VP/Senior Living Consultant at LiveWell Placements and is responsible for supervising sales staff as well as running day to day operations. He has a passion for helping people and believes in providing the best service possible to every client.
He is a graduate from Florida State University where he received a B.S. in Social Science. Ellery is a Florida native and enjoys boating, fishing, playing golf and spending time with his wife and three boys.

Karen Leyden-Gross
As Director of Marketing for LiveWell Placements and FirstLantic Healthcare, Karen coordinates and executes all marketing, promotion and digital development efforts. She is a graduate of University of Maryland, College Park where she received her Bachelor of Science in Journalism. Karen’s background covers twenty-five years experience in many aspects of the advertising and publishing industries. This native Jersey girl and Bruce Springsteen fan resides in Boca Raton with her husband and has two children.

Bart Delsing
Bart Delsing is co-owner of LiveWell Placements and Chief Operating Officer of FirstLantic Healthcare. With over 25 years in home healthcare, he manages clinical, quality assurance, financial and administrative operations for both companies.
Raised in St. Louis, Missouri, Bart replanted his Midwestern roots and has been serving the South Florida community ever since. “Knowing that we can have a profound impact on an individual or family motivates and inspires me, each and every day,” says Bart. Outside of work, Bart enjoys time with his wife and three children. He is a graduate of Southeast Missouri State University, Cape Girardeau, MO.

Jack Maloney
Jack Maloney is co-owner of LiveWell Placements as well as President and co-owner of FirstLantic Healthcare. At Live Well Placements, he collaborates on the the sales, marketing and operations of the company.
He is a graduate of Dartmouth College in Hanover, NH where he received his B.A. in English Literature. A native of Cohasset, Massachusetts, Jack moved to South Florida in 1991 and has been dedicated to providing superior home healthcare ever since then. He is motivated every day to “mentor my children as well as provide career opportunities and growth to our FirstLantic team members.” Jack is a devoted father and husband who enjoys golf and supporting his favorite teams, the Boston Bruins and the New England Patriots.
